Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil)

Moisturizing and conditioning oil

Coco-Glucoside

Derived from coconut oil, his non-ionic tenside is among the mildest tensides from natural, renewable materials. Derived from the dried pulp of the coconut fruit and sugar, this gentle cleanser is biodegradable, non-toxic, residue free and well-tolerated by even the most sensitive skins. It is also BDIH-approved.  

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice

Commonly known as aloe vera. This viscous natural juice helps to moisturize and detoxify the hair, face, and body.

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)

The oil is derived from the kernel, found within the nuts that grow on the Shea Tree. Comprised of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, as well as Vitamin E and Carotene, this oil acts as a soothing moisturizer and emollient for the skin. It possesses protective properties against environmental influences, including UV rays and sun allergies. This is a great moisturizing agent that improves hair elasticity for all those ponytails and buns that can damage your hair. 

Citric Acid

Obtained from fruit juice, this plant acid serves as a natural preservative and astringent, and it balances the pH of the skin. Derived from citrus fruit, citric acid is a natural preservative, which maintains proper pH balance to help prevent bacteria growth within the product. 

Flax Extract

Moisturizing oil isolated from Flaxseed, which is the seed from the plant Linum usitatissimum. This oil helps to strengthen the hair and improve the shine.

Grapeseed Oil

Grape Seed Oil is rich in Vitamin E and linoleic acid - an essential fatty acid also known as Omega-6. It is a potent antioxidant that aids in skin repair and in diminishing the damaging effects of the sun. Grape seed oil's excellent emollient properties also nourish the skin keeping it smooth and supple. It even helps tighten and tone while locking in skin's precious moisture. And all this without feeling greasy or heavy.

Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride

Derived from the guar or cluster bean. It is an excellent conditioning and anti-static agent that helps with fly-a-ways and static electricity.

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower Seed Oil)

Rich in essential fatty acids and Vitamin E and is so easily absorbed, it can nourish and condition your skin and hair almost instantly. Its naturally emollient nature softens dry skin, fights the signs of aging and helps prevent hair loss and breakage.

Jojoba Oil

Helps prevent and reduce wrinkles, promotes new cell growth and makes skin luminous. This liquid gold also conditions hair and scalp, leaving hair shiny and lustrous

Lavender Essential Oil

Nourishing and floral essential oil that provides moisturizing properties for both hair and skin.

Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon Oil possesses skin-tightening and toning effects. It also serves as a purifying disinfectant, making it ideal for treating oily, tired and stressed skin

Olea Europaea (Olive Oil)

The pulp of the Olive contains both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It is made up of a particularly high quantity of Vitamin E-rich unsaturated Oleic Acid. Although one typically cooks with olive oil, it is a great conditioning oil that helps leave hair silky soft and smooth. 

Panthenol

Also known as pro-vitamin B-5. This is a great moisturizing agent derived from rice husks to condition the hair.

Phenoxyethanol

Derived from sage essential oil. It is a safe and effective preservative that replaces parabens.

Sodium Lauryl Lactylate

Penetrating agent to help nourish the hair derived from coconut oil

Sweet Almond Oil

Extracted from sweet almonds. This is a luxurious repairing and nourishing oil that helps to deeply penetrate skin and hair for maximum moisture.

Sweet Orange Essential Oil

Citrus essential oil that helps to make both hair and skin fresh and shiny.

Tocopherol

Derived from wheat germ and/or vegetable oils and also known as vitamin E. This compound helps to soften, sooth and protect hair and skin from all the everyday damaging events.

Lactic Acid

A key component of the hydro-lipid film that balances the natural moisture levels of the skin, and it is a natural byproduct of the body’s metabolic activities as we breakdown glucose. It improves and balance’s the skin’s moisture content, nourishes fine, dry skin and prevents against the formation of wrinkles. * It does not serve as an allergy concern for those that are lactose intolerant, as milk proteins are not contained in Lactic Acid

Xanthan Gum

Derived from natural carbohydrates. Xantham gum is both a thickening and soothing agent derived to help our products have a rich feel.

Glycol Distearate

Derivative of the fatty acid stearic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid. It provides gentle moisture for both hair and skin that can be utilized by those with sensitive skin.

Benzoic Acid

Derived from plants. This is a natural preservative that helps keep our products fresh and usable over time.

Sodium Methyl-2 Sulfolaurate

Derived from coconut oil. This compound is a mild, non-drying cleansing agent to help clean hair while still retaining moisture. 

Disodium 2-sulfolaurate 

Derived from coconut oil. This compound is a mild, non-drying cleansing agent that provides a great, rich lather during use.   

Lauryl Lactyl Lactate

A derivative of lactic acid, an alpha hydroxyl acid, fatty acid, and the same compound that makes your muscles burn during a workout, is used to help condition the hair.

Ethylhexylglycerin

Derived from vegetable oil. Ethylhexylglycerin is a great conditioning agent to moisturize hair. It is also a preservative that replaces parabens.

Dehydroacetic Acid:

Anti-bacterial and anti-fungi agent allows our products to remain fresh and usable over time.

Cetearyl Alcohol

Derived from coconut oil. Cetearyl alcohol is a conditioning agent and emulsifier. This helps to give our conditioner a creamy feeling while making sure all the components in the formulation stay together.
